Last month our Clinical Directors, Paul Higgs and Delphine Holopherne-Doran, arranged for the current team of vets, nurses and support staff to visit the new premises for the first time.

The two-day event allowed the team to familiarise themselves the new flagship hospital site in Avonmouth, Bristol. They were able to visualise the digital plans and get an understanding of the layout and what the future will look like.

The visit provided dedicated time for each department, and the team as a whole, to share ideas and aspirations towards optimising the workspace, facilities and services for our patients, clients, referring vets and our teams. There were presentations from potential new suppliers and demonstrations of what they had to offer.

This is just the start of a very big journey and we cannot wait to bring you along for the ride…we hope that building work will be starting soon.
