Neurology

  • Chronic Seizure Package = £2,750 inc VAT
    Can include: initial consultation, anaesthesia, MRI, CSFsample and analysis
  • Hemilaminectomy spinal decompression = £4,725 inc VAT
    Can include: anaesthesia, MRI/CT scan, surgery (hospitalisation and post-operative care is additional and varies from case to case)

Soft tissue surgery

  • Extrahepatic portosystemic shunt = £4,725 inc VAT
    Can include: initial consultation, CT angiogram, fluoroscopy, anaesthesia, surgery, 48-hours standard hospitalisation
  • Incontinence investigation = £2,000 inc VAT
    Can include: initial consultation, urinalysis, anaesthesia, profilometry, cystoscopy
    Advanced imaging (CT) may be required in some cases and will be performed at a reduced price (£500)
  • Laryngeal Tieback = £3,000 inc VAT
    Can include: initial consultation, diagnostic imaging, general anaesthesia, surgery, 24 hour standard

  • Perineal Hernia = £3,400 inc VAT for Unilateral, £3,675 inc VAT for Bilateral

Interventional/intravascular techniques

  • Tumour embolisation (eg nasal mass, liver mass) = £3,650 inc VAT
    Can include: anaesthesia, fluoroscopy, intravascular embolisation, 24-hours standard hospitalisation
  • Intravascular liver biopsy (eg chronic liver disease) = £2,000 inc VAT
    Can include: anaesthesia, fluoroscopy, intravascular biopsy, 24-hours standard hospitalisation

Orthopaedic surgery

  • TPLO fixed price package (weight dependent) = £4,127 to £5,512.50 inc VAT
    Can include: consultation, anaesthesia, pre and post operative imaging, surgery, 48 hours standard
    hospitalisation, one follow-up appointment including sedation and radiographs
    Weight based pricing:
    <15kg:
    £4,127 inc VAT
    15-40kg: £4,962 inc VAT
    40-60kg: £5,237 inc VAT
    >60kg: £5,512.50 inc VAT
  • Medial Patella Luxat ion (not including distal femoral ostectomy) = <40kg – £3,650 inc VAT
    Can include: Consultation, anaesthesia, pre and post operative imaging, surgery, 48 hours standard
    hospitalisation, one follow-up appointment including sedation and radiographs
  • Fracture – Simple = £4,250 inc VAT
    Single bone, simple diaphyseal and physeal fractures and unilateral sacroiliac luxation in stable patients.
    Can include: consultation, anaesthesia, pre and post operative imaging, surgery, 48 hours standard
  • Fracture – Complicated = £4,725 inc VAT
    Single bone, comminuted diaphyseal, metaphyseal and articular fractures in stable patients. It does not
    include humeral di-condylar, comminuted articular or pelvic fractures.
    This package can include: consultation, anaesthesia, pre and post operative imaging, surgery, 48 hours standard
    hospitalisation, one follow-up appointment including sedation and radiographs

Internal medicine

  • Out-patient endoscopy = £1,200 inc VAT
    Can include: anaesthesia, upper GI endoscopy, biopsies, histology, clinical report
  • Out-patient CT for hyperadrenocorticism = £850 inc VAT
    Can include: anaesthesia, head and abdominal CT with arterial phasing, combined medical and neurological report
  • Nasal Disease Investigations (sneezing, discharge, epistaxis) = £3,200 inc VAT
    Can include: consultation, blood tests, general anaesthesia, CT scan (head and chest if required) rhinoscopy, nasal biopsy, lab fees (histology, bacterial and fungal cultures, 2 x PCR), 1 x night hospitalisation if required post-procedure
  • Cough Investigation = £3,000 inc VAT
    Can include: consultation, blood tests, general anaesthesia, CT scan (head and chest if required) bronchoscopy,
    broncho-alveolar lavage, brush-cytology, lab fees (cytology, bacterial cultures, 3 x PCR), 1 x night
    hospitalisation if required post-procedure

Dermatology

  • Initial consultation = £330 inc VAT
    Can include: one hour consultation, skin scrapes, cytology (in-house) as required
  • Ear flush = £1,800 inc VAT
    Can include: anaesthesia, CT scan, video otoscopy, myringotomy, ear flush, cytology

Exotic species

  • Tortoise post-hibernation anorexia assessment = £1,400 inc VAT
    Can include: consultation, faecal parasitology, microbiology and PCRs, radiographs, 48-hours hospitalisation and pharyngostomy tube placement if required
  • Parrot feather plucking assessment = £735 to £1,890 inc VAT
    • Basic (£735) includes: consultation, examination under anaesthesia, blood profile, microbiology, radiographs
    • Advanced (£1,890) includes: consultation, examination under anaesthesia, blood profile, microbiology, CT scan, IV placement and additional PCR analysis
  • Advanced rabbit respiratory investigation = £2,100 inc VAT
    Can include: consultation, blood profile, oxygen therapy, 24-hours hospitalisation, anaesthesia, CT scan, airway cytology and microbiology

Outpatient CT

  • Aiming at healthy patients with orthopaedic conditions
  • Includes single area scan and sedation / anaesthesia = £500 excluding VAT
    Please note, additional area(s) scan, use of contrast and interpretation at extra cost.
